While we are doing our part to stem the spread of COVID-19 by working remotely, we are still open for business. We are trying to avoid direct contact as much as possible, but can certainly confer and consult by phone or email.
Though the courts are currently closed and we are not in the office except when necessary, work on our cases continues. We are using this time to prepare for trials, draft motions, confer with witnesses or experts, negotiate agreements, and get briefs drafted and filed for our clients whose cases are on appeal. We are still available for phone consultations on new cases.
We encourage everyone to “distance” themselves as much as possible, and please contact us by phone or email if we can help. It is never too early to start preparing a defense. Wishing you and your families good health and safety!
